Hi guys, here are my courses for next year:
Math SL (Year 1)
Chem HL
Bio HL
History HL
Literature HL
Spanish SL (Year 2)

Competitive Forensics (Speech and Debate)
Advanced Journalism (Newspaper)

Any advice for next year? Yeah, I know I'm probably not getting that much sleep, but I'm a night owl anyways. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thank you!

@For Chem HL, read about what you are Gonna learn in class before going into class. It doesn't matter if you don't understand what you are reading, just try to understand as much as possible but things will click into place when the teacher is teaching it in class. Also watch Richard thornley

Why the 4 highers? And why this combo? - what do you wish to study after at uni?

I agree with @haniabar , I can't make out what you want to study in Uni :0 I know that you're quite motivated, but I would suggest staying away from 4 HLs. It's better you score great on 3 HL and SL but don't overwork yourself >.< you still have TOK, EE and CAS to do, don't forget that xD

My school has this really weird schedule. They only teach History and literature at HL, so I'm forced into taking those courses.

I want to go into medicine (neurosci) at uni, thus i'm taking Bio and Chem, at HL because they don't offer SL.

So yeah. I think I'm okay with CAS. (I work 6 hours/week and have dance) And I'm good at writing essays. So... Yep, that's my schedule. :D

My school does the same thing with History and English. They only offer HL for history and SL English isn't weighted as an IB class for some reason, so it would hurt your weighted GPA if you don't take HL.
