It's my first year of IB and I take HL Arts. My art teacher couldn't help me well about choosing artist for my CS and I want to start my CS as soon as possible so I can focus on EE or IA's on my second year. I'm thinking about Monet's painting style or Banksy's parodies about masterpieces. Any ideas?

Take a classical, like Picasso or Dali, cuz then u could find a lot information about it & it would be easier to analyse it. GOOD LUCK!

Choosing a contemporary (modern) artist will also get you a lot of recognition. In general, choose some (go with three it's easier) that have classical styles, modern and are from a range of different cultural backgrounds.
