So my EE is about analyzing seasonal sales in a restaurant and the percentage it represents in the utilities. The thing is that i have no idea how to proceed, I know it’s mainly about finances and because of it I have to also analyze the costs of marketing strategies for the seasonal dates. I have been researching two weeks and I have found a book about finances in restaurants but anything else and I really don’t know what to investigate for the theoretical part. If someone could help me please
