My French B SL final individual oral is coming up and I want to maximise my mark for it because the writing exam is a real weakness of mine, so I want to do well on this.

Does anybody have any advice on how to prepare really well for the language B oral? Or specifically the French B oral? As much as the examiners don’t like the sound of memorised responses, I think this is the only option left for me. I’m really bad with answering on the spot.

One other thing, how can I be spontaneous during my answers? I don’t want there to be a huge gap between the teacher asking me a general Q and me answering... any phrases I could use to bridge that gap?

Thanks :)
