Any tips about the structure of the Process Portfolio? I don’t know where to start.
I would like it to look like a notebook that u bring everywhere and where u take notes on but I really don’t know how to do it

i typically start with one idea (such as exploration of gradients and shading) and begin working in my VAPJ (visual arts process journal). As I work and I have an idea, a struggle, or just simply a remark I add that in text to the same page, next to my work. I need find that my page is messy and not very organized, so I will take a picture of my VAPJ pages and put them into a slide show where I can show my work in my VAPJ and then how that helped me lead to my final piece. It also allows me to zoom in on my VAPJ and make it easier to read later on. Hope that made sense I am a bit sleep deprived (as we all are)

It’s usually good to start with a very short introduction to what the unit is about and what you’ll do on it (3-4 sentences max) and than you head into research and making your own sketches about the ideas you want to make. Than you make a final sketch and talk shortly about why you chose that. After that go to your developing skills section and practice a lot with that medium. The more you practice the better because the criteria for this part is 12 points. Have some explanations about them as well. After that you should start your actual artwork and take pictures of it. Reflect upon your process and talk about what you’re struggling with, what is going well in terms of skills and achieving your intended message.
Make sure there is a balance between pictures and written sentences.
