Hi guys! So I take English B HL and Polish A SL, and I'm really into literature. I have a problem with choosing a topic: my English teacher is fine, she always gets As and Bs on essays she supervises, but my ideas for an EE in English are kind of too broad. Meanwhile, my Polish teacher is bad, she has never got an A and is just hard to communicate with, but my topic for EE in Polish is really a 10/10 match for me and I'm really interested in the topic I'd like to write about. So I'm kind of clueless. What would you do?

At the end of the day it comes down to which one you’ll achieve a better grade in. As you have a good English teacher, she will be able to guide you and help you tailor your research question to better fit you and a good grade. If I were you, I’d go for English. You can get help from lots of people around you including your teacher. Although you have an interesting research question for a polish ee, it won’t get you far if you don’t have the proper guidance.
