I was wondering for the short/long questions (basically for paper 1) is it okay if i study directly from IB GUIDES (ibguides.com)? It has some important notes and in most cases I have nothing to add to it.

Ib guides is pretty good as it gives you the studies and how to format the answer, im worried it wont get me high grades though. I also have absolutely no idea how to study for paper 2

Bit of advice-

For paper 1 you get to pick your 22 mark question answer, which you have to pick from either BLOA/ SCLOA/CLOAThey can only ask certain questions. So if you learn all the possible 22 mark questions for BLOA there's only 8 possible!

I use IBguides as well as the psychology revision guide and it's fine :)

My Psychology teacher specifically told us to NOT use IB Guides as a reliable tool (sort of like wikipedia) as it sometimes posts inaccurate information, you can use it if you're looking for ways to organise your response and all that but don't base you're information solely on it. You can use InThinking though as it's mainly edited by the Chief Examiner for IB Psych or use books such as the Oxford Study Guide
