@First of all, don't drop the AP course. It will be worth in the long haul. I don't have the greatest work ethic but I can tell you the IB path is a difficult one and sometimes you do have to sacrifice sleep. I recommend that you take one day to fully catch up on everything you can and really try to focus up after. Remember, you only need 8 hours of sleep a night, so factor that in with your commute, the time you're at school, etc., and then try to be more engaged in class. Sit in the front, use your work periods to work instead of watch YouTube, and try in general to be more productive. It's better to focus in class and learn the material while not completing some formatives, than miss the material in class and do a mediocre job on your homework because you don't get it in class. Also remember your teachers are here to help, talk with them about your sleep issue and see what they can do to make it easier for you. My ESS teacher sometimes sees me dozing off in class and she lets me take naps, as long as I catch up on the work, because she knows how hard the DP can be. That's all I can help you out with, but good luck!
