i have a serious dilemma.

i suffer from chronic procrastination and i don’t know what to do about it. i get good grades but the stress i put myself through is totally uncalled for.

SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE ON HOW TO ACTUALLY FINISH TASKS IN ADVANCE!!

even now, i have a poster due tomorrow and it’s 10 pm rn and i haven’t started...how do i even have a 7 in this class?? someone please help i’m a lost cause

Set yourself up with a daily planner. Write what you have to do and by when and how much time you need to each project each day in order to get it done on time. For example, if you have 30 math problems to do over 3 days say you’ll do 10 each day. Besides that, I’d say go to a place where you can focus for a long period of time when you have a huge project coming up due... I go to my local library with some tea and noise canceling headphones, listen to classical music and try to get as much done as I can in a short period of time.

@If you're not much of a planner, do the most important work one at least once a day and just get used to that and build up to it
