In march, I will start my 2nd year of IB and I wondered what should I focus on in order to save time during vacations .

me too, I’m going to be 2nd year in april. my goal is to get started with all IAs, art portofolio stuff, and finish the stucture of my EE before april.
I guess if you haven’t planned all of the internal assessment stuff, you can research about topics and sources? Therefore after vacations you can just get started.

Theoretically you do your IAs in class and should have time to finish them. Better FINISH you EE draft for your supervisor to read. Other than that just make sure you know everything from the past year for the next one.

Try to finish your EE in summer because it takes a lott of time and also the math IA. I would recommend that at the beginning for IBDP YEAR 2 you focus on all your IAs , EE and TOK and get rid of them and then start focusing on the material

Having the EE first draft done before year 2 starts is definitely a good idea

YES. DO YOUR EE. I would also recommend finish your uni apps
